Darbo pobūdis:
Main Business Objectives:
Reporting to the Team Lead, Fulfillment & Dispatch, the position will be involved with internal and external customers via different channels to ensure the timely processing and delivery of orders. He/she will be responsible for all administrative functions pertaining to the accurate processing of orders and on time installation. The successful candidate will be able to communicate and multi-task effectively, be organized, detail oriented, flexible, reliable, and work well under pressure. The position will be based in Vilnius.


•Process incoming orders in timely manner;
•Coordinate installations with end-customers/installers and dispatch relevant hardware;
•Finalize orders and invoice them;
•Manage returning hardware related procedures, stock levels and participate in stock-taking;
•Maintain working knowledge of solutions and subscriptions offered;
•Answer ad hoc questions on a general basis.

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure proper upkeep of all data received
•Self-motivated, able to take initiative and work under minimal supervision
•Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills are a “must”
•Analytical skills to assess information, identify implications and develop logical recommendations
•Insight and prioritizing skills to address multiple and conflicting tasks
•Strong team player skills and customer focused approach
•Fast learner with IT and technical interest
•Good experience of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
•Fluency in both written and spoken Lithuanian and English is required.
• Fluency in Russian is considered a plus
