INTRANET SPECIALIST

We are looking for an Intranet Specialist to join our Infrastructure & Analytics team in People & Communication. Successful candidate will join a team of specialists responsible for functional support of digital tools for HR and communication as well as HR reporting. The Intranet Specialist will be joining the team of People & Communication Shared Service Centre in Vilnius.

Darbo pobūdis:
Your main responsibility will be functional support of COWI’s intranet (MS SharePoint) – an important tool for internal communication and knowledge management in COWI.

More specifically your responsibilities will cover:

•Contribution to the ongoing migration of COWI’s intranet platform into Office 365 to ensure smooth migration and solutions that work best for COWI
•Management of stakeholders and projects related to COWI’s intranet tool
•Providing suggestions for improvements and enhancements and implementing them in collaboration with the IT department
•Providing advisory and support for different sites on COWI’s intranet (e.g. Business support sites, communities) for colleagues around the world
•Developing and updating user guides and manuals
•Solving incidents and providing basic functional support for COWI’s intranet on a daily basis
•Preparation of statistics

You will also be involved to assist on:

•Support for other platforms, such as COWI websites, COWI Media Library
•Reporting on HR data and/or other administrative support for HR and communication teams
•Various projects related to the systems supported by Infrastructure and Analytics team

Reikalavimai:
•You are a university or college graduate
•You have 3 years of experience as a superuser or manager of digital platforms/projects
•You have a proven track record of successful project and stakeholder management
•You have experience with MS SharePoint (or similar Intranet platform), including layout and publishing of pages
•You have basic understanding of HTML, CSS and UX
•You are a proficient user of MS Excel and Powerpoint
•You are fluent in English, both orally and in written
•You have good communication skills
