Darbo pobūdis:
The client service analyst positioned in Kaunas will analyze OBB client data to identify trends and opportunities as well as identify unique needs and concerns of the business via data analytics. The analysts create and maintain efficient and secure systems for recording data and producing relevant documents. In addition to the reporting duties, this position will also be responsible for pulling and analyzing data from the various Intermedix data sources.


• Run and reconcile client monthly reporting packages
• Run and reconcile weekly reporting per specifications
• Compiling clients Power Point presentations
• Create reports per specifications
• Pulling (query), collecting and analyzing data from clients and internal data sources
• Documenting the acquired results of analysis and workflows as required
• Evaluating the data collected through task analysis, business process and surveys
• Communicate trends and opportunities for improvement to management
• Providing suggestions and recommendations based on the data analysis collected and performed
• Preparing accurate and detailed reports for clients and team members

• Bilingual Lithuanian and English
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or any related field from an accredited institution
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information
• Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
• Experience with database and reporting tools preferred, but not required.
• Crystal reports experience preferred, but not required
• Healthcare industry experience preferred, but not required

Start Date: ASAP
Work hours will be 09:00 to 18:00
