Darbo pobūdis:

Work in a coordination team to ensure schedule and quality of regular release provision for large virtual client solution
Coordinates development and delivery of IT engineering artefacts according to agreed release specifications, agreed timeline and agreed process documentation standards.

Essential Job Functions

Lead, Manage and own the delivery of Release in line with Release management process
Ensure adherence to the Release processes at all times
Establish and maintain relationships with all of the required key stakeholders across Client clusters and with stakeholders within the supply chain.
Coordinates activities of engineers to ensure that release solution objectives are met.
Initiates and tracks solution finding sessions with engineers and customers
Tracks release development activities and provides continuous status information
Responsible for release process compliancy and consistency, correctness and completeness of documentation
Escalates issues and recommends adjustments.
Assists in identifying process improvements to increase process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensures delivery of releases meet client and company expectations and needs.
Optional due to personal experience: support simple automation of documentation and tracking activities (VBA, MS-Access, Scripting, potentially: Service now)
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems or related field preferred
Three or more years of experience in IT solution services or project or program experience
Experience working with the technology industry
Fluent English communication in writing and talking
Experience of the ITIL Framework desirable/ preferred (not essential)
Experience with Incident, Problem and Change management
Salary range 1700-2600 EUR gross monthly
Work Environment

Office environment or Work from home (negotiable)
