Position Summary:

The Reverse Logistics Specialist is a customer facing part of our Operations team. This role works cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Operations, Fulfillment, Support and Billing teams to input, analyze, and complete orders and get our product(s) to the customer. This individual learn and maintain a broad scope within Operations, becoming instrumental in reverse logistics, asset management and end of product life cycle. The Reverse Logistics Specialist plays a critical role in helping Revel Systems manage and improve our evolving business within the Operations Department.


- Use knowledge of products and customers to appropriately enter data into Revel’s ERP system (NetSuite)
- Ensure assigned customer tickets are resolved and updated in our ticketing system (ZenDesk) daily and in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide world class customer experience over the phone
- Help manage the company’s reverse logistics policies and practices
- Work in conjunction with support and fulfillment to clarify and rectify incomplete or questionable information on RMAs
- Provide world class customer experience over the phone
- Work cross-functionally across fulfillment, supply chain and operations to monitor inventory activities and manage end of life, damaged and unneeded assets
- The RMA Reverse Logistic must ensure any product Rework, Repair, Upgrade or Re-stock are handled with a high focus on customer satisfaction.
- Create and send contractual agreements for returns and exchanges through our CRM software (Salesforce)
- Responsible for the compliance of reverse logistics operational processes.
- Additional functions within Operations as requested by management

Required Qualifications:

- An aptitude for acquiring skills in technical areas and an eagerness to learn.
- Be able to contribute in a wide range of capacities to an entrepreneurial environment
- Be flexible and available for being cross-trained on multiple job functions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or other quantitative related fields
- Strong experience with MS Office / google docs
- Possess the ability and desire to process a high volume of orders into our ERP with accuracy while looking for opportunities for improvement

Desired Qualifications:

- Minimum 1-2 year of customer service and/or hardware fulfillment experience
- Experience in a POS technical support environment is a plus
- Experience with ERP software. (NetSuite preferred)
- Experience with CRM software. (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Experience with a ticketing system. (Zendesk preferred)
- Experience in asset management or fulfillment is a plus
- Ability to work late night shifts (Monday to Friday from 6.30pm)
