Darbo pobūdis:
We are looking for Team Leader in Process Excellence (PEX) team, with Norwegian, or Swedish language who knows LEAN methodology and has hands on experience, in project management. If You are willing to grow and take more responsibilities, have experience in BPS/Insurance field, then we are looking for Your CV and cover letter or recommendations if you know who could be the best match!

• Drive continuous improvement culture and lead through training, mentoring, co-ordination and implementation of principles of Lean/Six Sigma in day-to-day operations.
• Analyze and identify current processes and situations (As-is) and take recommendations how to improve them.
• Deliver on the project/ program goals while closely working with the clients.
• Communicate and collaborate with other teams and internal stakeholders and customers (both at onsite and off-shore) to gain best results and optimize Quality, Cost and Efficiency.
• Work closely with Operation teams to obtain input of diverse views, facilitate generation of ideas, analyze operational risks (FMEA), extend support in managing client escalations (RCA/CAPA).
• Manage Value Stream Mapping activities and work with capacity, time and productivity implementation.
• Work with Robotic Process Automation opportunity identification and high-level assessment and other projects execution.

• Be fluent in Lithuanian and English as well as in Norwegian or Swedish (B2 and upper level).
• Be trained on Lean methodology (Green Belt – advantage) and have knowledge of Quality Methodologies.
• Have hands on experience, especially in project management.
• Be able to build a process improvement culture, demonstrating flexibility and initiative in achieving the desired outcome.
• Good analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills, but also be able to challenge others and to provide directions on projects.
• Experience in BPS/Insurance segment are preferable.
