Technical Support Team Leader

Darbo pobūdis:
Team Leader’s position is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to customers through the daily management of a team of employees to include hiring, motivating and coaching, counseling, training, and problem solving. Additionally, the position is responsible for assisting the manager with development, analyses and implementation of staffing, training, scheduling and reward/recognition programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Train, assist, and mentor new employees
- Provide team leadership to achieve identified performance metrics and targets
- Assist agents on the floor
- In collaboration with HR assist in the recruitment of new Support Specialists
- Conduct coaching and counseling sessions, maintain and improve all areas of performance productivity, quality and attendance
- Conduct performance appraisals and feedback sessions
- Work with business tools (Nextiva, Zendesk) to monitor calls and emails to ensure KPIs are achieved


- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1 year minimum supervising/leading a team of 6 or more people, in a call center/contact center environment (support ticketing management)
- 2-3 years of technical support experience (very good HW, NT, SW knowledge), including troubleshooting
- Hospitality/Catering/Retail experience a plus
- Experience in a high-growth organization strongly preferred
- Must be available to work late shifts
- Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both staff members and customers
- Very good interpersonal skills to create a cordial relationship with team members
- Ability to multitask
- Have good temperate to handle disputes and emergencies
- Must be result oriented
